JBT intends to be a market leader in developing first-in class therapeutics for the treatment of chronic peripheral pain and inflammation in a capital efficient manner. Consequently, JBT will focus on maximizing the value of its pipeline by advancing programs to clinical proof of principle stage.

JBT believes that once its pipeline demonstrates clinical proof-of-principle, large pharmaceutical companies, specialty pharmaceutical companies, and large biotech companies will be interested in the acquisition of its assets. JBT believes that current market trends that maximize the value of therapeutic programs that have demonstrated clinical proof-of-principle will continue to drive the industry, and JBT will be an attractive acquisition target within 3-4 years.

Partnering with JB Therapeutics
JBT intends to seek partners to commercialize its therapeutic pipeline. We intend to develop internal clinical programs through Phase II proof-of-principle studies and then, either through license agreements or acquisition, seek corporate partners with the capability to conduct registrational Phase III clinical trials and market the drug.
